RETURNS WINDOW

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK & EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at: info@boomslangbackpacks.com

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

REFUNDS

If you cancel your order within the 14-day period:

• You will receive a full refund of the product price
• We will refund the standard delivery cost (if paid)
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

RETURN COSTS

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Return shipping costs will be covered by us
• Please contact us before returning the item

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For orders outside the UK:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges
• These will only be reimbursed if the item is faulty
